Gallman Consulting is Hiring a HVAC Technician (1st Shift) - Multi-Pharma and Consumer Products Manufactur Near Clinton, SC
Client Information: - Announced in 2016 that the facility would hire 450 employees to continue growing its manufacturing and packaging of multi-pharma and consumer product lines. - Currently, in 2024, they have over 500 employees, 39 maintenance personnel and growing products to include Pedialyte, OTC mouthwash, hydrogen peroxide, bottling/packaging lines and other consumer products. Make necessary repairs to HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Operate metal cutting and bending machinery, including shears, brake presses, and drill presses
Accurately read and interpret developmental blueprints, and specifications
Analyze and restore HVAC systems to normal operating conditions
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems and develop solutions to restore HVAC systems functionality
Compliance to EPA regulations
Completing operation logs, time sheets, expense reports, service reports, work orders
Perform general tasks such as safety training, meetings and planning schedule
Must maintain inventory of supplies and tool condition as well as maintaining company vehicle
Background:
EPA Certification required
Must have 3-5 years experience in Industrial Refrigeration
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technicalmanuals
Previous production or manufacturing experience required
Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments
Ability to repair leaking HVAC equipment
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments
Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues with HVAC systems
Should posses proficiendy in Windows, including Excel and Word
