Maintain Invoicing Tasks for Security Onion Laptop RentalsGSA Administrator, to include but not limited to:
Being a part of the GSA MAS Schedule Team (Contracts/Proposal Writer/CEO/GSA Administrator)Liaison between GSA MAS Schedule Team and Consultant for processing work ordersLiaison with GSA MAS Schedule Team, as required, for timely responses to RFPs/RFIsProcessing (Manage/Track/Document) Purchase Order (PO) requests that come through GSA for commercial products and services.Assist in managing subcontractors, i.e., Security Onion, on GSA MAS Schedule
Review POs requests and work with Contracts or Subcontractor(s) for execution;If required, request Contracts to enter into Unanet for any project and charge codes;Coordinate with applicable IG POCs or Subcontractors for shipment/delivery of commercial products and services.Submit invoices / payment requests to Customers and/or Subcontractors
Process (Manage/Track/Document in Salesforce) NDAs requests for IG Labs and coordinate execution with ContractsProcess (Manage/Track/Document) Request for Quotes (RFQs) for IG Labs POC and coordinate with Contracts/Finance for final approval
Prepare and submit Quotes (approved RFQs) to CustomersPrepare and submit invoice for payment (coordinate with Contracts/Finance)
