Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or high school diploma (or equivalent) and two years experience in job development or related employment activities.
Experience: Cross-cultural
Specific skills/abilities: Good public relations and interpersonal skills. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking skills in the English language. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Possess awareness and sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socio-economic characteristics is required. Effective in bridging between the client's world and the employer's. Have insight into human behavior and motivations. Be Compassionate. Have discretion and flexibility. Be willing to comply with rigorous documentation demands and have ability to calmly balance competing demands.
