V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Program Manager 5/ PM5 / Data Analytics Solution Manager) for our premier client in Columbus, Ohio .

Education and Experience "

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing logical and physical data models.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "

• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing and data management concepts.
• Expertise in master data management principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of data quality methodologies and data cleansing techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement logical and physical data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Develop and enforce data quality standards and processes to maintain the integrity of ODA's data and ensure smooth exchange.
• Lead the development and implementation of a master data management strategy to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.
• Map data flows between various systems and applications to optimize data movement and minimize errors.
• Champion and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data security, privacy, and accessibility within ODA and when collaborating.
• Stay abreast of emerging data management trends and technologies, evaluating their potential application within ODA and for enhancing collaboration.
