Description
This newly created dual role combines the responsibilities of Marketing and Visual Presentation coordination. You will be a key contributor in ensuring the implementation and adaptation of both brand visual merchandising presentations and coordination of marketing strategies. Functioning as a bridge between the home office and field organization, you'll be responsible for evolving both visual merchandising and marketing tactics to achieve business results and enable successful execution.
Principle Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Brand floorset Calendar of activities.
• Creates monthly Visual Brand Directives for stores to effectively execute each floorset, including adaptations for different store architectures.
  • Collaborates with field on adaptation & troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration with cross functional partners for assortment deliveries, allocation quantities, set dates, floorset hours, etc.
• Collaborates with Production for floorset needs: existing or new signage needs for brand or promotions
• Functions as liaison between home office and field organization for all store marketing and vm related topics.
• Mall Marketing - liaison with mall administrations and/or store teams for local activations/events.
• Participates and contributes in monthly virtual visits with store teams. Gather, compile, determine actions and communicate all learning from store visits.
• Constantly looking for new ways to increase productivity and efficiency of store communications and tools.
• Generates new ideas to drive traffic and conversion through marketing or visual presentation updates.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years marketing and/or visual merchandising experience
• Proven track record in execution of strategic Visual plans
• Strong visual and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Computer skills: MS Office Suite, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe In Design, and Adobe Illustrator preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem-solve and be action oriented.
