Position Summary:

The IT Director is responsible for the entire Internal IT Department alongside the Infrastructure and team within it.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of engineers and professionals internally.
• Establish the technical roadmap for your division alongside senior stakeholders in the company.
• Oversee the IT Infrastructure within the business.
• Establish, maintain and track SLA performance of existing and identified service providers, subcontractors and equipment suppliers to the IT department.
• Audit and establish documented data recovery and business continuity plan from IT perspective. This includes proposing and implementing plans to address any gaps identified in the current infrastructure.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process for Information Technology staffing, expenses and capital costs, including budgeting for the following year based on approved IT plans and monitoring spending to adhere the current year IT budget.

Education

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous management experience
