Job Duties & Requirements
- Analyzes books of non U.S. subsidiaries, and leads conversion of those books to US GAAP and management reporting frameworks
- FX adjustments, global intercompany reconciliations
- Prepares and validates recurring reporting requirements such as internal management reporting, or external loan reporting.
- Leads annual external audit for international subsidiaries.
- Analyzes and reconciles and / or reviews reconciliation of general ledger accounts with assigned ownership which includes analysis of currency translation and statutory to US GAAP reporting adjustments.
- Bachelors or Masters Accounting degree required
- 2 years financial audit experience (SOX exposure strongly preferred)
- International accounting experience or experience with source currency translation accounting
