$45,000 based on experience

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects to meet client objectives and enhance brand identity.
• Execute video shoots, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and directing talent, to ensure high-quality footage.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver videos that exceed expectations.
• Edit and post-process video footage, adding effects, graphics, and sound to create engaging and compelling final products.
• Stay current on industry trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to video production projects.
• Write engaging copy to accompany your videos when you post them on our social media channels.
• Be willing to travel for 3-day periods, twice per year.

• 3 years of experience in videography and creative direction.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Competencies: US Work Authorization, Able to lift up to 35 lbs., Social Media Skills, Creative with new interesting ideas to film or photograph.
