Job Summary
The Sales Rep is responsible for generating new business with RCI products, Private Label, Eco-Eclipse, Pure Fiji, Zendals, and other specialty brands by pursuing new leads in Resort, Spa, Cruise, Golf, Health Club, Condominium, Time Shares, Hospitals, Schools (Universities, High Schools, etc.) and to sustain/grow current customer’s product needs in Texas.

As Ready Care is located in Colorado, this is a remote position for which the candidate must reside in the Dallas, Texas metro area in order to meet with current customers for relationship building as well as new prospects in the region for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Working with prospects/customers to provide them with knowledge of RCI products that service their needs and budget constraints.
• Daily telephone calls and email sales contacts to current and prospective customers.
• Take product orders from customers.
• Quote and confirm pricing for products that customers are interested in or already ordering.
• Up sell products to customers.
• Build customer relations through ongoing interaction with customer base such as retention and follow-up calls.
• Grow current business through actively seeking potential new customers.
• Work with the Purchasing Department on sourcing new products to meet customer needs.
• Work with Graphic Artists, the Marketing Department, and the Warehouse to ensure customers are receiving art approvals and finished product in a timely manner.
• Use Ready Care automated systems to manage both existing accounts and new prospects, i.e., Salesloft, Macola, Excel, Daily EEM Reports, and all sales tools to grow your accounts- CRM’s).
• Educate, train, demo, present, and sell our leading brands such as: Pure Fiji, Glove treat, Voesh, Scentered, Zendals, and all other brands under RCI.
• Perform Pure Fiji sponsored events when asked to promote the line and support the client.
• Travel in your regional boundaries (TEXAS) or possible other regional states to meet, train, and present all our products.
• Performs all other related duties and assignments requested by EVP’s, President of Pure Fiji, President of RCI, this includes weekly check outs (emailed and sent to EVP) and weekly calls with EVP.
• Sales Rep will report to and be trained by EVPs.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience.
• 2- or 4-year degree in related field preferred, but not required.
• Must reside in the Dallas metro area.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• SalesLoft/CRM
• High computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Experience with ERP systems a plus.
• Excellent math skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.
• Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.

Compensation

• $60,000 annual salary, exempt, plus monthly commissions.
