About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to play a pivotal role in leading customer acquisition and growth functions across a range of specialized healthcare brands. This includes driving new customer revenue growth through digital and offline acquisition channels, establishing A/B testing and experimentation best practices, and optimizing the marketing mix for maximum return on investment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a multi-million dollar marketing budget, overseeing various marketing channels, and partnering with internal and external creative teams to produce effective marketing assets. A key aspect of the role is to build and retain a high-performing team, foster a growth-first mentality, and work closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver on strategic initiatives.Applicants for this role at the company should have 7-8 years of direct experience in acquisition, growth, or related functions, with a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and leading teams to success. The role requires a combination of creativity, analytical and strategic mindset, and strong leadership abilities. Experience in DTC, retail, or subscription companies is preferred, with a bonus for experience in digital health. The ideal candidate will be adept at deploying paid media best practices, driving paid channel efficiency, and leveraging both paid and organic marketing to foster brand awareness.
