Our client, a large commercial construction company across many industries, is hiring a Senior Accountant to join their team! This is a very down to earth and high functioning team looking for an accountant who can work on GL accounting and financial reporting for a multi-entity organization. They have a strong reputation in the Denver market being voted “top Denver workplaces” a couple times and offer lots of training and mentorship opportunities. They are an onsite work environment, but are humans and have flex on times and if you need to WFH for life then just ask!
Responsibilities for Senior Accountant in Denver, CO:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc analysis as needed
- Journal entries, reconciliations, inventory accounting, and intercompany transactions
- Audit preparation and assist with tax workpapers and reports
Requirements for Senior Accountant in Denver, CO:
- BS in Accounting and 3 years of hands-on general ledger accounting experience
- Knowledge of Viewpoint software and construction industry a plus!
- Be a quick learner and highly motivated to succeed!
