The Awards and Global Reporting Coordinator is responsible for assisting in all RE/MAX, LLC awards for Event Management annually along with planning and ordering regional awards throughout the year, managing and maintaining the monthly/yearly Top 100 reports, and managing and distributing career award and anniversary certificates monthly.
Essential Duties:
Manage assigned global territories membership demographic data, statistical data relative to associate commissions, transactions, and volume, and awards data in company database, Personify. Daily manually process global membership status changes in assigned global territories. Monthly upload sales associate statistical data in assigned global territories. Develops and maintains detailed logistics for award winners which include administrative tasks, compiling monthly Top 100 reports as well as year end reports. Manages monthly networkwide service anniversaries. Attend annual convention in Las Vegas, NV.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
Aptitude to be polite and patient

Hire Range/Rate:
$42,000 - $46,500
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
