Job Description
Director of Clinical Operations is needed for our growing family of Physical Therapy, Primary Care and Behavioral Health Clinics. The Brookside Health Group is seeking the right individual to join our team and help grow our clinics.
Responsibilities:
Administer, direct, and plan clinical activities across multiple Physical therapy, Primary Care and Behavior Health offices/departments.
Collaborate with Area Leads and Clinical Leads to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and accessible patient care services.
Supervise clinical teams to maintain quality patient care standards.
Assume responsibility and authority for maintaining the quality of patient care across all clinical services.
Manage and execute agency objectives, standards of care, policies, and procedures related to clinical services.
Participate in ongoing strategic planning in collaboration with the COO and Director of Business Operations.
Manage and evaluate the clinical operations of assigned staff.
Monitor and analyze monthly statistical data, outcomes, and productivity reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Licensed Clinician or ability to be licensed in multiple states.
Proficiency in conducting reviews, interpreting data, and implementing policy and procedural changes.
Strong knowledge of EMR and Billing software systems.
Strong understanding of Clinical Best Practices.
Preferred Skills :
Minimum of 10 years' experience operating a clinic or multiple clinic groups.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven success in people management and project management.
Valid driver's license.
Proficiency in budgeting.
Familiarity with clinical research financial parameters and project financial tracking methods.
Knowledge of applicable business tools and systems.
Experience in database oversight and creation.
Understanding of financial concepts related to forecasting.
Ability to generate proposals.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and statistical analysis.
