Summary: Campbell Street Senior Living is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Marketing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading marketing initiatives targeted towards local referral sources, including hospitals, community partners, and other key stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our long-term care facilities to drive effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess prior SNF experience, RN or LPN preferred, strong marketing acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at engaging local referral sources to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with Campbell Street Senior Livings' long-term care facilities to align marketing efforts and support their individual objectives.
• Actively participate in local community marketing events and assist in planning and attending community outreach activities.
• Maintain a strong presence in the community. Travel and out of office will approximately fulfill 80% of working hours.
• Utilize computer skills to manage marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
• Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or similar healthcare settings.
• Reside in the Des Moines metro area.
• Proven track record in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite, Point Click Care CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
