We need awesome teachers for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades!What You'll Do:
- Spark Curiosity: Lead engaging weekly Zoom sessions and make learning exciting with virtual field trips and monthly virtual lunch sessions.
- Support Success: Grade assignments, update grades, and help students create their unique educational plans.
- Communicate & Connect: Keep in touch with students, families, and team leaders through multiple communication channels.
- Stay Organized: Keep detailed online activity logs and participate in fun, mandatory team meetings.
- Education & Certification: You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field and a valid Michigan teaching certification. If not in Michigan, will need to get a Michigan teaching certification within 2 months of hire.
- Virtual Experience: You’ve got experience in virtual teaching and know how to rock an online classroom.
- Tech Skills: You’re a pro with platforms like Zoom, Exact Path, and Reading Eggs.
- Super Organized: You can juggle multiple activities and keep everything running smoothly.
- Great Communicator: You shine in both oral and written communication.
- Confidentiality: You know how to keep student information safe and secure.
