The Sales Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the sales team ensuring efficient progression of leads into closed deals.
RequirementsDuties/Responsibilities
- Facilitate the movement of opportunities through the sales process by managing sales-related activities
- Coordinate the scheduling of sales meetings, demos, and presentations to move opportunities forward
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales proposals, quotes, and other necessary documents
- Track the progress of sales opportunities through the pipeline and follow up as needed
- Liaise with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
- Act as a central point of contact for sales-related inquiries and coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and customer communications
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for information, directing them to the appropriate representative
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive
