Allied Machine & Engineering, headquartered in Dover, Ohio, is a leading manufacturer of holemaking and finishing cutting tool systems. Our tooling solutions deliver the lowest cost per hole in a wide range of applications.
The Sales Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the sales team ensuring efficient progression of leads into closed deals.
RequirementsDuties/Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the movement of opportunities through the sales process by managing sales-related activities
  • Coordinate the scheduling of sales meetings, demos, and presentations to move opportunities forward
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales proposals, quotes, and other necessary documents
  • Track the progress of sales opportunities through the pipeline and follow up as needed
  • Liaise with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
  • Act as a central point of contact for sales-related inquiries and coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and customer communications
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for information, directing them to the appropriate representative
Skills/Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Education/Experience
