About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Email Developer to join our eCommerce team. This individual's core responsibility will be to produce a high volume of email campaign deliverables across all brands.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities

• Slice, export and optimize digital assets from working design files using Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop.
• Develop and deliver several table-based and/or responsive email campaigns per day using a NodeJs/Gulp email build system, primarily authoring in PugJs and Scss.
• Ensure rendering consistency of email campaigns in webmail and app-based email clients (Gmail, Outlook.com, iOS Mail, etc.) using EmailOnAcid testing platform.
• Troubleshoot email client and/or device specific rendering issues should they arise.
• Be mindful of image optimization and code weight to reduce load-time.
• Support enhancements to the NodeJs/Gulp email build system as business needs evolve.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, web developers, and QA testers.
• Adhere to established brand guidelines where relevant.
• Identify process inefficiencies and evolve process and/or code templates accordingly.

What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience

• 2 years' experience working as Web or Email Developer (ecommerce industry preferred).
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3 in an email development context.
• Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Photoshop.
• Comfortable using a version control system to back up your work such as GIT and/or Subversion.
• Self-motivated to keep projects moving towards completion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication techniques.

• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location.

The starting [salary/rate] for this position is $70,200 - $93,600 and may increase to $107,600 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
