Vail Closet Co. is Hiring an Office Manager Near Eagle, CO

Vail Closet Co. and 8150 Cabinets is looking to add to our team of awesome people! We seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office.

Our ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and an upbeat attitude. This role is critical in ensuring that our office functions smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a productive work environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Manage office equipment, including maintenance and repair services.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Organize and maintain office files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a calm, positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and HR principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $25.89 per hour
