This position is a blend of warehouse duties and retail sales. Shifts available Monday through Saturday; NO SUNDAYS. Employees receive great benefits, free lunches, employee discounts, and the opportunity to work alongside some really awesome people.

Warehouse Duties and Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Assisting warehouse supervisor with receiving
• Product handling and inventory
• Operating machinery - meat slicer, baler, etc.

Retail Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in an engaging and professional manner
• Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all available products
• Differentiate between products, helping customers compare and contrast flavors, textures, parings, etc.
• Answer all customer questions and address concerns
• Make helpful suggestions that will be useful to the customer
• Handle all transactions with accuracy
• Make every effort to ensure the customer has an excellent shopping experience
• Train/operate food service equipment (slicer, chipper, etc.)

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of retail experience desired
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
