- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons
- Provide support and supervision to students during classroom activities
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in assessing student progress and development
- Support students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning challenges
- Assist with individualized instruction and support for students who require additional assistance
- Foster a love for literacy through storytelling, reading, and language activities
- Encourage student engagement in math concepts through hands-on activities and games
- Assist in the development of curriculum materials and resources
- Previous experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children is preferred
- Experience working with students with autism or other special needs is a plus
- Familiarity with literacy education and early math concepts is beneficial
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
