As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we're in search of an Office / Project Manager who is passionate about driving success and enhancing our operational efficiency. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in a dynamic environment where growth and excellence are at the forefront of our business.

Your Role:

As our Office / Project Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our project planning, coordination, and implementation efforts, ensuring that each project is delivered within the agreed budget, timeline, and scope. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring progress, updating stakeholders, and steering our projects towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead Sales, Estimating, Project Management, and Certified Payroll processes.
  • Handle client interactions with a strong emphasis on superior customer service.
  • Develop detailed estimates, negotiate contracts, and manage the project lifecycle from inception to closure.
  • Maintain a meticulous schedule, monitor deliverables, and support the project team in addressing challenges.
  • Execute data entry tasks, manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure project documentation is current.
  • Capture high-quality project images, track Accounts Receivable, and manage shipping through UPS.
  • Uphold a clean and organized work environment, contributing to production efforts as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record in Administrative Assistance and Office/Project Management.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to excellence and a desire to grow with the company.

Position Details:

  • Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
  • Benefits: 401(k), Health insurance, Paid time off
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday (No weekends)
  • Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Experience: Administrative Assistance: 3 years (Required), Office / Project Management: 3 years (Required)
  • Work Location: In person
