JOB TITLE : Subcontracts Administrator

LOCATION : Fairfax, VA
REPORTS TO : SABG Contracts Director
FLSA STATUS : Regular Full-Time Exempt
SUMMARY : SABG is hiring a Subcontracts Administrator to provide subcontract support of the full life cycle of various subcontract types and sizes, including IDIQ, T&M, LOE, CP, and FP, up to any dollar threshold. This position shall ensure subcontracts are placed in accordance with SABG Policies and US Government regulations, serving as the main focal point for subcontract negotiations and SABG staff on subcontract related questions, including driving oversight of SABG's compliance controls and policies. This position will work a hybrid schedule, going 1 day in office.

SUPERVISION : This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Capable of comprehending contract administration duties to support stakeholder requirements. Has relevant knowledge and works as a member of the team and assists with solving complex problems. LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations, including budget forecasting.
REASONING ABILITY : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
