Job description:

Steelworx Industrial Group, LLC. is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join their team. When accepting this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, and more at our local construction sites.

Job Duties:

• Operating Equipment: Manipulating heavy equipment to move and place materials efficiently.
• Safety Standards: Ensuring safety protocols are followed during equipment operation.
• Inspections: Regularly inspecting machines before and after use to ensure they’re in good working order.
• Basic Repairs: Performing basic repairs on equipment when necessary.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of operating experience.
• Familiarity with all phases of clearing, including grubbing, stumping, falling trees, raking, and burning.
• Experience digging utilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of many heavy equipment machinery: Backhoe, Trackhoe, Skid Steer, Roller, Bulldozer, etc.
• Must have experience Figure Grading with Laser
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Strong work ethic.
