Business Development Specialist- Commission Based Salary
Duties:
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions
- Negotiate contract terms with vendors and suppliers
- Prepare and draft contracts, amendments, and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and suppliers
- Evaluate vendor proposals and make recommendations based on cost, quality, and delivery
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that arise
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with contract management software is a plus
