Desktop Labs, Inc. are a group of dental laboratories providing dental practices with a full range of dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, removable full and partial dentures, fixed and removable implant prosthetics, sleep apnea appliances, and more.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Care Associate at May Dental Arts in Fenton, Missouri. Our Customer Care Associates are responsible for upholding the Desktop Labs service standards on the front line of customer service. This position works directly with doctors and their administrative staff, coordinating incoming orders and providing general customer service.

Our ideal candidate is experienced in customer service with exceptional organizational skills. This position is fast paced, so candidates must be able to multitask and display extreme attention to detail. Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performing data entry for incoming cases into the computer system and contacting the customer when incoming records are incomplete or unusable.
  • Answering calls from doctors and routing to the appropriate personnel.
  • Delivering work into production after case entry.
  • Scheduling custom shade appointments.
  • Updating all order entry on cases as needed, including teeth and alloy updates.
  • Monitoring suspicious cases and returning to customer if over 60 days old.
  • Opening and disinfecting all incoming cases for biohazards
  • Packing and shipping cases
  • Learn dental terminology and assist doctors with basic questions and issues independently
