Daily Responsibilities for Medical Receptionist:
- Filing and answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Greet patients and obtain their personal information and insurance information.
- Good typing skills (30 wpm); do not need to test them
- Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm
- 2 year(s) of Medical Receptionist experience
- Healthcare Front Desk Experience Required
- answer calls, appt scheduling, check in/out patients, collect copays, greeting patients, referrals, insurance verification, submitting authorizations
- EClinical Works EMR Experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) PREFERRED
- Strong computer skill (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- 2 year(s) of Medical Receptionist experience
- Healthcare Front Desk Experience Required
