Our Minimum Requirements

* Must be at least 18 years of age

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Proficient in verbal and written English

* Interest in working with an aging population requiring physical assistance

* Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider

* Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays

Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

* Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community

* Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being

* Provide hands-on support and assistance with mobility and incontinence care as needed

* Contribute to developing service plans and document care and services as provided daily

* Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance

Skills Required for Success

* Being flexible and adaptable to different schedules, tasks and changing resident care needs

* Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills

* Ability to observe, identify and promptly report changes in condition to the appropriate personnel

* Ability to follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a collective goal
