Position Overview: Biggs Group is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist and Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 applications, a strong background in IT related troubleshooting, and the ability to design and implement effective IT solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage both server and cloud-based environments efficiently and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support and management of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Conduct level one troubleshooting for hardware issues, including printers, scanners, laptops, and monitors.
• Design and implement IT solutions tailored to meet user needs and business objectives.
• Manage server and cloud-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and procedures for organization reference.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement IT solutions.
• Experience in server and cloud-based management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA A ) are a plus.
