Here at M&M Roofing, Siding, & Windows (San Antonio), we are looking to add 2-3 dedicated sales executives to our team!

We specialize in residential and commercial exterior renovation. Our projects range from minor repairs to complete renovations. Our services include, but are not limited to, roofing, siding, & windows.

Job Overview:

• Provide on-site consultation for our clients and develop customized solutions to fit their needs.
• Educate clients on the proper materials & installation for their project, as well as the best way to proceed with the project.
• Quickly put together comprehensive proposals to achieve the desired solutions for our clients, and ability to close the sale!
• Manage leads from initial appointment, through to closing the sale and overseeing the production team, right up to collecting the check at the end of the project.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience throughout the process.
• Some door knocking/canvasing is required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Company leads are provided, but being able to supplement them with self-generated, referral, and repeat clients always helps! The biggest difference between five and six figure earners at the end of the year is how many leads they generated on their own.
• Valid driver’s license/reliable transportation is required. No company vehicle provided.
• Having a ladder and ability to climb roofs also comes in handy.
• Utilize spreadsheet software to prepare proposals. Most of our “paperwork” is now paperless, so strong computer skills are required.

No experience necessary, but must have a strong work ethic, problem solving capabilities and be a team player.

This is a 1099/independent contractor position, with huge upside potential for the right candidates. Don’t worry if you don’t have a background in sales or home improvement. We offer a full, ongoing training on the process and materials to achieve your client’s goals. What matters most is the ability to properly diagnose our client’s needs, and to develop a solution.

Commission is based entirely on how hard/smart you work. Realistically, most make $60k their first year, but making $80-120k is well within reach. In year 2 is when we see most achieve over six figures.

We have secure business relationships with the largest material suppliers in Texas & Louisiana, allowing us priority access to materials during shortages. In our over 40 year history, we have completed over 50,000 contracts, assisting homeowners throughout Texas in making their homes more comfortable and beautiful.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
