What You Will Be Doing
This role entails a combination of Business Development and Account Management.
- Prospect and sales to new and existing clients of additional services such a preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure jobs start on time, customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Manage department finances, including budgets and project invoicing
- Strengthen customer relationships and customer development
- 3 years of Commercial Roofing Sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thoroughly inform the customer of our products, benefits, and features
- Strong Leadership and time management
- Provide detailed professional expertise and client based solutions through onsite roof inspections
- Ability to receive instructions and clearly explain problems or situations
