Position : Concierge- Real Estate Specialist
Location : Greensboro, NC 27409
Duration : 3 months contract
Shift : M-F 8-5pm
Summary
Resource's typical working day:
- They will be supporting 4 brokers
- One is the head broker so they are very high level and requires a high level of support

- Following up with brokers
- Comfortable with numbers and putting together vouchers
- Following up on emails (heavy this).
- Redlining PDFs (ability to edit PDFs) such as listing agreements
- Having communication with a client
- Creating graphics as well as write ups for the graphics for marking items
- Taking a data and manipulating the data in excel
- Ordering signage for properties
- Putting together tour books and surveys
- Putting together email marketing campaigns
- Will actively be using InDesign, photoshop and illustrator
- Previous commercial real estate experience would make for a top candidate
Years of Experience needed:
- 2 years of experience supporting brokers, sales professionals, or in the marking space is required
- Commercial real estate experience is preferred
Level of Education:
- H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies:
- 1 year of InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
- photoshop and illustrator experience would be preferred
