As a Customer Service Representative, you will perform all-purpose duties which may include, but not limited to greeting and providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, monitoring work volume scheduled for the center. Coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers while maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations and billing.

Responsibilities

• Answer Phones
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the updates are given throughout the repair process.
• Work closely with estimators and managers to deliver seamless customer service.
• Drive CSI scores on multiple review and reporting services

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Enjoy a fast paced environment
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
