We're searching for a Operations Manager/Process Improvement Manager for our client in the Gulf Coast Region who thrives in a dynamic environment and can drive operational excellence. You'll be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Here's what you'll be in charge of:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and implement strategies to boost overall performance, positioning the company for success with future clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of high-performing professionals across various departments.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure operational efficiency
• Communicate with stakeholders effectively to secure their buy-in and support for change initiatives.
• Cultivate an environment that encourages continuous improvement and collaboration.

What we're looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Proven experience leading operations on a high level.
• Strong leadership skills (because a great leader inspires!)
• A passion for continuous improvement & innovation
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
• Background and experience with Lean principles is a plus
