Position: CDL Class A First Seat Driver (OTR)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL Class A First Seat Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a First Seat Driver, you will be responsible for operating our commercial motor vehicles and transporting goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate commercial motor vehicles in a safe and efficient manner

- Transport goods and materials to various destinations across the United States

- Follow all traffic and safety laws and regulations

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles

- Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and delivery logs

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of vehicles as needed

- Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to management immediately

- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards customers and fellow team members

Requirements:

- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a OTR commercial driver

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Flexibility to work long hours and travel overnight as needed

-Will be home every 2 weeks

- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures
