A bit about us:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. This role involves coordinating with various professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors, as well as managing communication with clients and stakeholders. The candidate will be expected to showcase their expertise in spray foam, acoustical ceilings, blueprint reading, and construction safety.

Job Details
Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.
2. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
3. Develop comprehensive project schedules and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
4. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles promptly and effectively.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering strong relationships.
6. Make strategic decisions that align with the project objectives and company goals.
7. Lead and motivate the project team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
8. Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
9. Maintain high quality control standards, inspecting work and coordinating necessary modifications.
10. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
2. Proven expertise in spray foam, budgeting, time management, problem solving, strategic planning, decision making, acoustical ceilings, cost control, and project scheduling.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
7. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CPM) is a plus.
