Salary: $80-120K/yr Commensurate with experience benefits
Status: Direct hire, FT, On-Site
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements.
•Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC and other filings.
•Assist with annual audit and quarterly reviews.
•Assist in research accounting, consolidation, and reporting issues.
•Maintain supporting documentation for financial reporting.
•Special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
•Minimum 2 years of related experience
•Knowledge of US GAAP.
•Solid time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and function independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and written.
•Excellent organization skills and work habits.
•Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Per Year
