Since 2009, our company is a leader in therapeutic services by supporting thousands of pediatric clients receiving speech, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy services in schools, in our clinic locations and in homes throughout the state of Arizona and Nevada.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Must already be licensed in the state of Nevada
1. SCHOOL-BASED SLP or CF (in-person position)

• Multiple positions (2-3 URGENT openings)
• Location - In-person K-8 school located in Henderson, Nevada
• Follow a School Calendar & enjoy Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer Breaks
• Manageable caseloads monitored by a dedicated Schools Director
• Ongoing support provided by Mariposa
• Must be licensed in the state of Nevada

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide school-based group and/or individual therapeutic interventions with a variety of disabilities
• Use of creative and engaging therapy ideas to increase client's attention, motivation and progress
• Share and collaborate with other team members (families, teachers, staff)
• Data collection: complete accurate daily notes, quarterly progress & IEP using web-based documentation system
• IEP/MET creation, participation and meeting attendance
• Demonstrate positive rapport with students, families and staff
• Comply with all school processes to adhere to state/federal guidelines for therapy delivery
• Evaluations- testing, scoring and summary report with school based recommendations
• Pre-referral activities: screenings, classroom observations and teacher collaboration

Requirements

• Nevada Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Licensed to practice speech therapy in the state of Nevada
• CPR & Article 9 training
