Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)

Pay Rate: $1591.10 - $1833.23
PT needed asap
The setting is In-Patient Acute with large portion of Swing Beds (rehab beds). But different than traditional In-patient rehab
8:00AM-4:30PM
Scrub Color(s)- Business casual or any color scrubs
Type of equipment : typical equipment for rehab services. Treatment provided in patients room, hallway, outdoor areas, and in rehab gym
Documentation system: Cerner and NetHealth
Floating policy: clinician will be asked to float between acute/swing, nursing home, and out-patient services as indicated
Patient Experience requirements: Perfer clinician with at least 3 years of experience in medical setting
Certifications: CPR, NC Physical Therapy license
Must have: Experience in hospital and/or nursing home setting.
Procedures performed on unit: Physical therapy evaluations, establish plan of care, assist with rounds and care conferences as indicated. Frequent communication with rehab team on patients progress, needed equipment, and discharge needs
Required Qualifications
