Job Description MILCON Program Manager ***This position requires an active

NACI clearance to be considered. ***
Candidate will work as an integral part of our team supporting the planning, design, and construction of large ($5M - $500M) construction projects throughout the Pacific. For these projects we work side-by-side with the Air Force client to develop requirements, lead project planning charrettes, coordinate with Air Force agencies for project approvals, guide the design and acquisition, provide technical reviews, and proactive engagement with agents and stakeholders to manage the Air Force's interests in the project.
Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for
MILCON Program Manager : $110K - $140K
Pay commensurate with experience.

MILCON Program Manager Responsibilities Include: - Coordinate with leadership and headquarters; develop staffing packages, background papers, and briefing slides; and monitor projects to address issues proactively.
- Support the development and execution of large construction projects ($5M to $500M) as an integral part of headquarters-level Air Force execution team working closely with mission planners, facility users, the design and construction agent (USACE/NAVFAC), engineering subject matter experts (SMEs), and installation personnel.
- Help lead the development of training materials for MILCON program execution.
- Review/analyze UFCs, AFIs, and other guidance documents applicable to design and construction of vertical and horizontal facilities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, milestones, and financial performance.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
MILCON Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: - Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (in some cases experience may be substituted for the degree requirement); engineering degree preferred. PMP is a plus.
- At least five years of relevant experience working with US military/DoD facilities and requirements (preferably with US Air Force facilities).
- Experience at a US military headquarters-level organization.
- Experience with all phases of DoD facility development (planning/programming, design, and construction) preferred.
- Specific knowledge of DoD construction processes.
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, complex facility design/construction projects including proactively resolving project challenges.
- Understanding of Architectural & Engineering (A&E) utilization and contracts is a plus.
- Familiarity with DoD/Air Force software tools for project data, reports, cost estimating, and scheduling is a plus.
- Track record of working collaboratively with clients/customers to identify issues and solve problems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Air Force NACI/SF85 for unescorted access to on-base facilities.
- Excellent English communication.
- Excellent computer skills.
