GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for oversight and direction of the functions associated with Plant Maintenance, Bio-Medical Services, Environmental Services, and Security for the hospital. The Facilities Manager supervises and coordinates the work of employees who repair and maintain building/facility, grounds, equipment and machinery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.College degree preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in facilities management in a healthcare setting.
- 3 years supervisory experience.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Louisiana driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
- College level course work preferred.
