- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and reports
- Ensure accurate monthly closing of accounting records
- Ensure accounting policies, systems and controls exist and make recommendations where necessary
- Analyze General Ledger accounts and related reconciliations
- Control and review the recording of all transactions into the General Ledger; reconcile subledger to GL account balances
- Verify transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare monthly budget variance analysis
- Minimum 5 years' corporate accounting experience
- BA/BS in Accounting Finance, Business or related field
- Major ERP systems experience to include Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, etc.
- Strong proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel: Pivot Tables, LOOKUPs, Sum/Ifs
- Excellent internal / external customer service communication
