Experience of the right candidate:

• Must Haves: React (TS/JS), Redux, Python (Flask, Fast API)
• Python experience on the backend
• Nice to Have: CI/CD knowledge, understand API and database, Git
• Using Redux and any sort of state management for data
• Design and animation, CSS can tune up anything for modern React app
• React Hooks

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Understand the concept of React and how it performs, can do debugging and troubleshooting from React.
• Know how to organize data, how to do async, call API and get data from backend and rendering components.
• Need strong communication skills and problem solving skills.
• Implementing design from Figma, have designer do layout from Figma and this person will implement it into React app.
• Know how to get data put into the front end and manage the data for the front end side.
• Know how CI/CD works, understand how the system works to check and review code.
• Know how to manage the code base, do some sprint or agile development, sprint planning, know how to run the project and deal with users so need the technical skills but also the communication skills to interact with users.
