**The Role**

In this customer-centric position, youll be working on Anglians IMDS (Integrated Metering and Developer Services) framework. The IMDS team cover industrial and domestic metering, new housing and estate infrastructure and water efficiency audits.

As a key interface with our customers, you will plan and make appointments, gaining an in-depth insight into customer concerns and issues. Feeding these back into the business we can better understand and enhance our levels of service.

These are just some of the activities youll be involved in:

* You will be our customers first and main point of contact. Providing a professional and responsive service, youll ensure appointments and requests are dealt with efficiently and to our customers satisfaction

* Maintain proactive contact to ensure outstanding enquiries have been resolved and monitor the quality of Customer Service provided

* With a high level of accuracy, keep systems and databases up-to-date

* Provide data analysis to a range of stakeholders to assist with performance management reviews

**We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate**

Significant experience of the customer service environment, particular dealing with phone enquiries. Excellent communication skills are vital to be successful in this role, as youll confidently make outbound calls to customers.

The ability to summarise technical information for the public, capable of working on your own initiative and as part of a team are important too, and if you possess previous experience in the construction or utilities industry, we would love to hear from you!
