Job Description : Sheila Metzger Agency, LLC is looking for an outgoing, motivated individual to serve as the face of the Agency.

Qualifications :

• Positive and caring attitude
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Effective communication skills
• Active involvement in the local community
• Experienced with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer) and social media platforms
• Obtain and maintain property and casualty insurance licenses
• Ability to learn American Family Insurance products, services, and computer systems
