Intertek PSI, is searching for an Administrative Receptionist to join our Building & Construction team in our Kennesaw, GA office. The Administrative Assistant - Receptionist is responsible for supporting our Building & Construction business unit by performing a range of administrative and receptionist duties, including answering calls, greeting clients and guests, event planning, administrative planning, and Microsoft Office tasks in support of various departments. What you'll do: Listed examples are illustrative and representative of the tasks required of this position and are not intended to be complete or exclusive. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate persons Taking/Recording messages and ensuring they are provided to the appropriate persons in a timely manner Greeting customers and guests and directing them as needed Ensuring the reception area is clean and orderly Manage and maintain community space and conference areas Supporting and scheduling of building services (i.e. HVAC, pest control, etc.) Create varios documents, spreadsheets, etc. utliziing Microsoft Office Software Perform various general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, etc. Assist with coordinating support (i.e. catering) for client meetings/presentations Assist with end of month billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Invoice Payments Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities What it takes to be successful in this role: High School Diploma or GED required Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems Prior Adminstrative, Buisness Support, and/or customer service experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent prioritization, organization, and time managemetn skills Must be detail oriented Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects meeting objectives and time frames Valid & Current Drivers License is required
