**Position Summary:**
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to handle the upkeep and repair of commercial buildings. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You will be provided with a company truck and will enjoy a range of excellent benefits. This is a direct hire.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on commercial buildings.
- Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance for commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Compensation:**
- Pay: $18 - $30 per hour, based on experience.
