We are seeking a dedicated and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing our young students a nurturing and engaging environment.

Duties

- Spend your day interacting and enriching each child's learning.

- Assist in creating and executing developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Maintain a safe, inviting environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and manage challenging situations.

Requirements
- Experience working in a licensed preschool setting.
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Experience in lesson planning and implementation.
- Experience in behavior management and the ability to create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Commitment to child well-being.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues and children.
