This role requires a daily presence in Knoxville TN and relocation assistance is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects at water/wastewater plants, pump stations, and civil construction sites simultaneously.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project team, engineers, project owners.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and adherence to project goals.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance throughout all phases of construction.
• Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for engineers/owners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Work with project managers to prepare and present regular project updates and reports to engineer/owner.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocations to optimize project profitability.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork among project team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in water/wastewater plants, pump stations, or civil construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and mentor project teams.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
