HR Assistant needed to support the leadership team with HR and Recruiting tasks and recruiting. This professional will be responsible for hiring, recruiting, screening candidates, posting job ads, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews and hires with department Managers, and onboarding all new hires for various of their locations.

This person will also be maintaining records and assisting the HR manager in training of company policies and procedures.

Skills / Responsibilities : Provide support to the Human Resources / Recruiting department. Maintain Files and Records. Process employment applications, gather and distribute employee information.

Update personnel records and assist employees with forms and procedures. Responsible for recruitment and hiring of new employees.

Assist in providing Quality Assurance training for all employees. Prepare reports for employment records and file employment records. Reply to Maria today!
