Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the adventure park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Manage and lead a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and improve profitability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the park.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving growth.
